Über Mara Strenger
Ms Mara Strenger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food, nutrition and hygiene and a master degree in Facility and Process Design with a focus on product and process innovation from the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University of Applied Sciences. Since graduating, she has been working as a researcher at the Sustainable Packaging Institute SPI at Albstadt-Sigmaringen University, where she now leads the research group "Sustainable Packaging Concepts". Her area of expertise is bioeconomy and sustainability, in which she deals with the development of holistic concepts, the evaluation of these as well as the consumer perception.
