The presentation will provide an overview about the new European packaging legislation "Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)" focussing on the main measures relevant for flexible packaging which is the most used primary packaging formate for confectionery, snacks and bakery.

The important measures in particular are:

• Bans

It will also include the timelines and responsibilities of the individual actors in the value chain.
